Do I ever have to call the bank for a deposit confirmation?

Lets say my mom( she made my bank account) makes a very big deposit on my account 5k+ (this is just an exemple) do i need to call the bank to confirm the deposit? if yes, is it only or big ammounts only?|||You don't need to call the bank to confirm the deposit but you can if you want to.
