What is the exact probability that four of the seven sampled employees use direct deposit?

Eighty percent of the employees at the General Mills plant on Laskey Road have their

bimonthly wages sent directly to their bank by electronic funds transfer. This is also called

direct deposit. Suppose we select a random sample of seven recipients.|||This is a binomial probability.

n= 7 (number of employees)

x = 4 (number of employees using direct deposit)

p=0.8 (probability that 'an' employee uses direct deposit

P(x=4) = 7C4 (0.8)^4 (0.2)^(7-4)

= 35 (0.8)^4 (0.2)^3 = 0.1147
