Where's my refund, says I should receive it by today, what number should I call to see where my refund is?

I filed on the 17th, I got accepted on the 19th, Original dd day 1/30, then 2/3 now 2/10, today is 2/10 and no deposit. It still says Your refund is processing, as long as no errors are found, you should receive your refund by today. What phone number to I call to find out where my refund is? Has the dd date changed at all let me know and I can help you. I have been through this before.
