I found one number but was unable to talk to a live person. My husband and I did direct deposit and should have received our check on May 9th, but that has not happened. Would you be able to let me know what number I can call to get a live person on the phone to help on this matter?
Thank you|||There are two numbers 1-800-829-1040 and 1-866-234-2942. I would recommend the 2nd number. Call it and press 1. Listen to the message and then DON'T press 1 or 2, just wait for a live person. It will take a while, I would use speaker phone if possible. :)
